3.Installation precautions:
The installation of pipe sections should meet the following conditions:
Avoid installing machines in places where water pumps, high-power radios, and frequency conversions are located. That is, avoid installing the machine where there is strong magnetic field and vibration interference.
The pipe should be uniform and dense, and the pipe section that is easy for ultrasonic transmission.
The installation point of the upstream straight pipe section must be greater than 10D (Note: D=diameter), and the installation point of the downstream straight pipe section must be greater than 5D (see the figure below).
The upstream installation point should be 30D away from the pump.
The fluid should fill the pipe.
There should be enough space around the pipeline to facilitate the operation of on-site personnel.
4.Design and function
transducer: the main signal generating module, using imported piezoelectric ceramic which guarantee the stable function, consistency and high precise measurement.
temperature sensor: using pt-100 high precise platinum resistance and measurement circuit of high precision is also equipped for better measurement.
self diagnosis function: if communication errors, low battery or intentional damage is detected in the working process of ultrasonic heat meter, the system will display the errors in relating code and malfunction will be seen in the top right corner of the screen. all the data will be stored automatically and switch back after the malfunction is eliminated.
